A new suitor could emerge for Ismael Bennacer this summer, and AC Milan will welcome any interest that arrives.
There have been reports of interest in Bennacer throughout the mercato. However, it has never gone past that, unfortunately. Instead, Milan have been left wishing that a move could go through, with the Algerian proving to be a costly asset.
Of course, this is without considering that the Rossoneri will continue to lose money on the midfielder whilst he is not playing. No one is going to pay the asking price for a player that has not played regularly for six months, or even a year, if he does not leave in this window or the next.
Juventus for Bennacer?
For this reason, it is vital that the Diavolo find a suitor soon, and Bologna are the current party looking most likely. The Rossoblu made contact yesterday about a move, but his wages are off-putting.

However, there could be another party interested, as Alfredo Pedulla writes, that the midfielder is appreciated by Igor Tudor, the Juventus coach, so there could be a development there. However, right now, it is just an appreciation.
Considering that Milan had previously tried a Bennacer for Dusan Vlahovic swap, unsuccessfully, it may not be more than that.
