Theo Hernandez left AC Milan earlier this summer, but there will always be a connection to AC Milan, as you would expect.
The defender gave his all to Milan, but his performances in the past few seasons have certainly not been at the level once seen of the Frenchman. Then, when he left, there were a few words that upset members of the Rossoneri hierachy.
It stems from when Paolo Maldini left the club, someone who was pivotal to the defender’s arrival. When he was sacked, the left-back noticeably dipped in form. So, his latest story, wearing a Maldini shirt, is certainly something.
Whether it is a message or just merely a coincidence, it has gotten the Diavolo talking once again about Theo. Maybe that could have been the aim too, to stay in memories. Who knows?
