Photos: Milan players react to Bari win on social media – “A great win in our stadium”

AC Milan began their season the right way with a 2-0 win against Bari in the Coppa Italia round of 32 at San Siro last night.

The first goal of the new campaign came from the head of Rafael Leao as he converted a brilliant cross from Fikayo Tomori. That was in the first half, then early in the second half Christian Pulisic got his name on the scoresheet in an eventual comfortable victory.

Massimiliano Allegri named his first competitive starting line-up since 2014, and he chose to go with a three-man defence again. He wasn’t on the touchline though as he had to serve a ban previously picked up at Juventus.
