Christian Pulisic spoke to the media ahead of Milan-Genoa and reassured the fans by saying that he is ‘feeling really good today’, which can also be seen as a warning to the opponents.

With just ten goals and two assists, there’s no doubt that Pulisic has been one of the best players for Milan this season, if not the best. As such, the fact that he has missed a few games through injury hasn’t been ideal for the Rossoneri. Luckily, he’s back today.

Speaking to DAZN (via MilanNews) ahead of the game against Genoa, Pulisic shared his thoughts on playing up front with Rafael Leao. Furthermore, he made it clear that he has recovered from the previous muscle issues, now ready to give his best for the team.

Who is the centre-forward between you and Rafa?

“I don’t know, it’s hard to say. We’re not classic centre-forwards, but we play very well together and have the right qualities to do well in this position.”

Allegri insists on concentration…

“It’s very important to continue this streak. Genoa are a tough team, we have to do things right. Only then can we win.”

How are you feeling?

“I feel really good today. I had some problems, but now I feel good and I can’t wait to play today.”

After the wins against Hellas Verona and Cagliari, Milan can make it three wins in three games tonight. They need it to keep up with Inter, truth be told, as the Nerazzurri prevailed in their clash against Parma yesterday.
