As AC Milan featured in the Supercoppa Italiana on Thursday, they don’t have any league games this weekend. That said, tomorrow will be packed with red and black action, with the Women, Futuro and Primavera sides playing games.
In a time when it feels like the schedule is only getting tighter and tighter, it’s a bit strange to have a weekend with no league action for Milan. Of course, the reason for this is very logical, as the Rossoneri could have played the Supercoppa Italiana final on Monday.
However, since Napoli knocked them out with the 2-0 win, Max Allegri and his men got a bit more rest than perhaps expected. The next game isn’t until Sunday next week, when Hellas Verona will visit the San Siro for the 17th matchday.
If you can’t wait until then for some red and black action, however, you can always follow one of the other club sides. Indeed, Milan Women, Milan Futuro and Milan Primavera will all play tomorrow, as you can see below (all times are CET):
- Genoa-Milan Women (14:30)
- Vogherese-Milan Futuro (14:30)
- Napoli-Milan Primavera (15:00)
The Rossonere will be looking for revenge after the collapse in the derby, while the Futuro need to continue their positive form to fight at the very top. The Primavera, meanwhile, need to focus on the basics as they are currently 12th in the league.
