There are three players that AC Milan hope to have available this weekend. However, questions can be asked of each situation.
Given the magnitude of Sunday’s game, it is understandable why Milan hope to have the strongest squad possible available. However, it seems that they will not have that luxury available to them, at least not easily.
Three in doubt
Ardon Jashari and Pervis Estupinan are back in training, which helps, but there are three others struggling. As Antonio Vitiello wrote last night, Rafael Leao, Santiago Gimenez and Fikayo Tomori all trained individually.
Today, Calciomercato.com have provided an update on their circumstances. As of right now, the English defender is the least likely to start, given he is still struggling. If he fails to recover, which is probable, Koni De Winter is ready to start.

With the attacking duo, it is a mixed bag. Leao’s hip is still causing issues, and it could prevent him from playing any role this weekend. The same could also apply to the Mexican, whose ankle has flared up once again.
His father spoke this morning about the injury, so whether he will be able to feature will be a decision for later on. For now, though, it seems Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christopher Nkunku will start.
