Samuele Ricci has confirmed that he supported AC Milan when he was a kid, thus fulfilling a dream by completing his move to the Rossoneri this summer.
After months of negotiating, Milan and Torino concluded the transfer of Ricci at the start of July, agreeing on a €23m fee. The player immediately joined the pre-season camp and he has impressed in the first two friendlies, receiving a high score against Liverpool last time out.
Clearly, he’s the type of player that Milan lacked last season, able to distribute the ball with calmness but also to position himself well in the defensive phase. His dedication to the project has also become clear, answering questions with great maturity at the age of 23.

In his latest interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, which was published this morning, Ricci was asked about joining Milan and if he supported the team when he was a kid. Sure enough, he confirmed that he cheered for the red and black back in the day.
