AC Milan have made new contacts for the Sporting Lisbon striker Conrad Harder in the last few days, according to a report, and the matter is not related to Victor Boniface.
The Rossoneri are looking to reinforce the squad with at least one striker and several names have been linked with the club. Boniface arrived to undergo his medical tests yesterday but no decision has been made on that signing yet, as there are some doubts about his knee.
In the meantime, as reported by Fabrizio Romano on his YouTube channel, Milan are very interested in Harder of Sporting Lisbon. The important thing to note here is that the operation isn’t related to the outcome of the Boniface saga, per the journalist.
New contacts made
Indeed, Milan have been working on the 20-year-old for several weeks and new contacts have been made in the last 24-48 hours. As such, it’s possible that the Rossoneri could end up signing both Harder and Boniface, or just one of them.
Matteo Moretto also confirmed Milan’s interest in Harder earlier today and it remains to be seen what the price tag will be. What’s clear is that there is heavy competition for the player, not just from France but also England, so it might not be easy to get it over the line.
