Romano: ‘Here we go’ – Chukwueze to Fulham ‘agreed’ after deal clarification

It seems a deal for Samuel Chukwueze has been completed between AC Milan and Fulham in the past few minutes.

Chukwueze’s time with Milan didn’t go how anyone really expected. An electric young winger who seemed to have bags of potential never hit the ground running, instead falling behind the obviously brilliant Christian Pulisic.

However, the Rossoneri have refused to give up on their investment, and he has stuck around longer than most would have probably expected. However, the past two mercatos have shown that his time with the club is up.

Here we go: Chukwueze

In January, there were suggestions that he could leave for elsewhere, but nothing went through, despite several discussions. Now, it has taken until deadline day, but a move for the winger has been completed.

Chukwueze travelled to London on Sunday night and completed a medical on deadline day; however, there were questions about his situation, with a deal not agreed. Just 45 minutes before the deadline, though, things got over the line, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
