AC Milan are still looking for a new club for their midfield outcast Ismael Bennacer, and according to a report, Trabzonspor have expressed an interest.
At the start of the summer, following a six-month loan at Marseille, Milan made it very clear to Bennacer that he wouldn’t be part of the club’s plans for this season. Yet, with just a few days left of the transfer window, he still hasn’t found a new club.
Marseille were believed to be interested but never really made a move, while Bologna and Juventus are only keeping tabs on the situation for now. The solution, according to Fabrizio Romano, could perhaps be the Turkish side Trabzonspor.

They have made a contract offer to Bennacer already, per the journalist, but Bennacer has asked for time as he wants to evaluate all of his options. Meanwhile, Milan would prefer not to wait until the final day of the mercato, as that tends to result in loan formulas.
Some reports have suggested that one of Bennacer and Yacine Adli could be reinstated in the squad due to Ardon Jashari’s injury. It will likely be the Frenchman if anyone, though, as he earns considerably less and would suit Max Allegri’s game more.
