Sky: Fonseca now Allegri – Bouaddi is ‘the player’ for Milan’s future midfield

Paulo Fonseca first brought the name of Ayoub Bouaddi to AC Milan, and Massimiliano Allegri agrees that he should arrive.

Certain ideas transcend certain coaches. For example, Fonseca had a heavy interest in talent from Lille, with three or four players considered as possibilities when he joined. One of the most interesting was Bouaddi, but nothing occurred.

He left, and those suggestions were sidelined. However, with Allegri’s hiring, they came back to the limelight, and the attention is back on the young midfielder who could be headed to Italy, in an ideal world.

Allegri’s attention

Per reports from Sky journalist Luca Cilli, the Rossoneri are following Bouaddi closely, and at just 17 years old, he has convinced that he is ‘the player of the future’ for the midfield role. In fact, he was one of the first players, not profiles, that he requested.

With Tijjani Reijnders’ sale, Allegri believes that some money should be invested into the youngster, who already looks comfortable in Ligue 1 and Europe. Conversations have continued about Bouaddi, between Tare and Allegri, and he will remain on the list.

Perhaps, there will be another move made by the Diavolo for a Lille star; he certainly wouldn’t be the first.
