As we approach the January mercato, it seems AC Milan will have to rethink their transfer strategy, with a move for Federico Gatti looking impossible.

There have been several names thrown into the mix regarding defenders that could arrive in the next month. Some have been permanent solutions, whilst others have been loan operations. Whichever way you look at it, a number of options are on the table.
