Massimiliano Allegri will once again have a depleted attack at his disposal for tomorrow night’s game against Bologna.

According to Sky, Milan will depart for the game on Tuesday night at the Stadio Renato dall’Ara without Christian Pulisic. Allegri said that Pulisic was dealing with bursitis in his pre-match press conference, and so he will not be risked, like team-mate Alexis Saelemaekers.

“Saelemaekers won’t be there, this adductor issue is still bothering him. He made himself available in Rome but had a minor injury. Pulisic has this bursitis that’s bothering him. If he’s better today, we’ll bring him,” he said.

“Leao, who’s managing his adductor-pubis situation, will be there. The others are all alive, so we’ll take them to Bologna.”

Allegri would go on to state that Saelemaekers will be replaced by Zachary Athekame or Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the right wing-back role. Santiago Gimenez is also out of action due to an ankle injury and is expected to be out for at least another month.

Meanwhile, Rafael Leao is not fully fit, but is expected to start against Bologna. Niclas Füllkrug is still battling a broken toe which appears to be keeping him from starting, at least for the time being.
