Sporting Judge: Rabiot’s suspension confirmed and Igli Tare fined €10,000

After the conclusion of the latest round of Serie A action, the Sports Judge has reviewed the weekend and AC Milan have received another fine.

It was certainly not the worst weekend for Milan, as they managed to beat Pisa 2-1 away from home. A first win of the season against one of the new sides, and that deserves a mention, even if it may be an area of frustration.

Nevertheless, the Rossoneri got the job done, even if they have some frustrations with the game. Indeed, the fact that Adrien Rabiot was sent off did not help things, and it now leaves a question about the Derby della Madonnina.

Sports Judge’s rulings

This morning, the Sports Judge statement was released for the end of Serie A Matchday 25, as it the usual, as MilanNews reports.

In that report, it was stated that, of course, Rabiot will now miss one game for his red card. So, he will miss the game against Como. The report states that the Frenchman was given his second yellow card for ‘protesting against match officials and for inappropriate behaviour toward an opponent’.

However, that was not the Rossoneri’s only interest in the report. As well as Rabiot’s suspension, MilanNews relays the fact that Igli Tare was given a €10,000 fine for ‘having, at the end of the match, entered the pitch and aggressively contested the referee’s actions’.
