Tottenham Hotspur have been one of the busier clubs in the January transfer window - and now another deal has been confirmed.
Yusuf Akhamrich has become the latest player to leave Tottenham Hotspur this month. The club have confirmed the versatile left-sided player has joined League Two side Bristol Rovers on loan for the remainder of the 2025/26 season.
A regular for the club's Under-21 side, he was short-listed for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award in November 2024. Akhamrich has also been part of the club’s first-team set-up this season.
He was on the bench for the games against FC Copenhagen and Manchester United in November before, in turn, being an unused substitute in the win over Borussia Dortmund earlier this week.
"I'm buzzing to be at Bristol Rovers," Akhamrich said. "I can't wait to get started. I've met all of the boys and I can't wait to get out there and start playing.
"The conversations with the gaffer have gone smoothly. He's a great guy and has a lovely style of play. I love what he thinks of me, and I can't wait to get playing under him.

Akhamrich's transfer marks the eighth deal that Spurs have concluded in a busy January transfer window. A number of exits have already been confirmed - with Brennan Johnson's £35million departure to Crystal Palace the most high profile so far.
In terms of incomings, Conor Gallagher and Souza have both arrived. Gallagher joined Spurs from Atletico Madrid in a deal worth in the region of £35m, signing a contract until summer 2031, while Souza joined from Santos after a £13million transfer deal was struck between the parties.

Gallagher was ineligible to feature against Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday night, but he did make his debut against West Ham United last weekend.
"I'm so happy and excited to be here, taking the next step in my career at an amazing club," Gallagher told Spurs' website after signing.
"I wanted to be a Spurs player and thankfully the club felt the same. It was very easy, it happened very quickly and I'm ready to get on the pitch.
"I know how great the fans are, I'm really happy to be a part of it here and want to create special moments and memories together."
