Trent Alexander-Arnold was subjected to boos from thousands of Liverpool supporters inside Anfield as he emerged for the pre-game warm-up ahead of Real Madrid's Champions League meeting with the Reds.
The 27-year-old was left out of Madrid's starting line-up for the game on Merseyside, but that came as no surprise considering he has not started a game for his new club since August.
When Alexander-Arnold jogged onto the field to warm up ahead of kick-off, he was booed loudly, but that did not seem to bother him as he smiled and laughed with his new teammates.
There were also loud boos a few minutes later when Alexander-Arnold's name was read out over the tannoy as the stadium announcer went through both squads
