Footage showing Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr. nutmegging Trent Alexander-Arnold has spread rapidly online.
Alexander-Arnold has been teammates with the Brazilian for roughly nine months. Yet it seems the former Liverpool defender is still adjusting to the flamboyant attacker's skills. The homegrown Reds product found himself in a rondo alongside Vinicius, Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga.
As Alexander-Arnold moved to press Vinicius, the winger deftly slipped the ball between the former Reds defender's legs. His new colleagues erupted in applause and laughter, while he glanced downward with a slight grin. The clip has since taken social media by storm, with over 897,000 views on X at the time of publication.

Alexander-Arnold's spell at the Bernabeu has proven inconsistent thus far. Injuries and squad competition have restricted him to merely 14 La Liga outings this campaign.
Following involvement in nearly every Real Madrid fixture during the Club World Cup, Alexander-Arnold's playing time diminished.

He found himself vying with club skipper Dani Carvajal and midfielder Ernesto Valverde, who former boss Xabi Alonso frequently deployed at right-back.
In December, a thigh problem then sidelined him for two months. Upon his comeback, Real were under the stewardship of ex-Liverpool defender Alvaro Arbeloa, who has shown greater faith in the right-back.
Arbeloa recently backed Alexander-Arnold amid speculation that Real Madrid were mulling over offloading him at season's end.
In February, the Spaniard even described Real Madrid as "lucky" to have the defender, following his superb assist for Gonzalo Garcia in a 4-1 triumph against Real Sociedad.
Arbeloa said: "I can't say I'm surprised. He is a very intelligent boy who understands the game very well and quickly understands what we want from him.
"He is not the typical full-back who will always be wide, but he can also play inside. For us, we are lucky to have a player like that.
"Having Gonzalo in the area, he could look for crossing situations. He's a great player, I'm not going to discover him now.
"I'm happy that he continues to get more minutes, get into a rhythm and find the best version of himself."
