‘Trying to find a solution’ – Moretto clarifies situation as Camarda discussions continue

1 hour ago 3

Today, it seems that Francesco Camarda is heading back to AC Milan, and Matteo Moretto has looked to offer some more information on the situation.

The mercato is normally a pretty hectic time, and with Milan low on funds, it has certainly been a little slow on the incoming front. However, the outgoing market is proving to be an interesting one. There have already been a few sagas, and now another is opening.

Camarda, who is already on loan at Lecce, is currently injured, and there are discussions taking place about his future.

Camarda’s near future

Reportedly, the Rossoneri want him back as another option for Massimiliano Allegri, but other suggestions state that he may return to Milanello to help with the recovery process. With the situation slightly confusing, Matteo Moretto has attempted to clarify things on his X account this afternoon.

“Milan and Lecce are in constant contact regarding Francesco Camarda’s future. The striker’s shoulder injury is more serious than expected, and the parties are trying to find a solution that can help the boy in his rehabilitation.

“Should he return to Milan (there is NO agreement between the clubs yet), management would be entirely under the control of the Rossoneri staff.”

It seems no answers are close yet, but with a long time to go still, no one will rush things.
