This morning, a report has suggested that Santiago Gimenez may leave AC Milan and head back to South America.
A lot has been said about the future of Gimenez, and very little has been said about his chances of staying. In fact, as of now, it seems that the exit is looming, unless something changes when he returns from injury.
The facts are clear for the Mexican. He has not performed for Milan in Serie A, and whilst his value is still high, the Rossoneri can cash in. Football can be a harsh game, and this is only one instance of that.
Boca in for Gimenez
Reports have suggested that the Premier League is the most likely destination at this moment, but it may not be the only one.
This morning, Tuttosport (via Radio Rossonera) reported that a move to South America could be on the cards, with Boca Juniors taking a look at the Mexican international. The Argentine club want a ‘high profile signing in attack’ and a loan move could be made.

If an approach was made, the striker may have a tough time saying no to it, given he has previously admitted that it would be a dream to represent Boca.
