Tuttosport: Jashari hoping for Milan return vs. Roma – how he is progressing

Ardon Jashari was AC Milan’s big coup of the summer mercato, but he has not been able to shine just yet, due to injury.

It was a summer of Jashari for Milan, with most of the window spent chasing the Swiss midfielder. Eventually, a deal was gotten over the line, and just as quickly as he arrived, he was on the injury table.

A training collision with Santiago Gimenez resulted in a fracture of his fibula, and the excitement was halted.

Back up to speed

In the past few months, he has spent time between Switzerland and Milan, and his recovery is going swimmingly. According to Tuttosport, via MilanNews, he is hoping to be ready for the game against Roma at San Siro on November 2.

Failing that, the hopes are for Parma, which takes place the following week, or even the Derby della Madonnina, which falls after the international break. No risks will be taken, so a return will only happen when he is ready.

The midfielder ‘sees the light’ and has been working tirelessly to return before he was scheduled to. As MilanPosts also relayed on X, his mood is increasing, and there are even suggestions from inside the club that he is determined to shorten his recovery time further, if possible.
