After a positive cameo off the bench against Atalanta, Massimiliano Allegri could put Ruben Loftus-Cheek back into the line-up against Roma.
Milan will host Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma at San Siro on Sunday night having lost top spot to them over the past couple of games, with back-to-back draws resulting in four points dropped. On Thursday, there will be a full training session at Milanello to begin preparing for the six-pointer.

As reported by Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan), there’s good news for Allegri: the coach will welcome Pervis Estupiñán and Ardon Jashari for group training. The Ecuadorian will be available against Roma, but will have to earn his place in the starting XI again because of Davide Bartesaghi performances.
Loftus-Cheek returned after the muscle strain that kept him from playing against Fiorentina and Pisa, and he did well off the bench at the New Balance Arena on Tuesday night in a more advanced role. He could become an important all-rounder for Allegri in the match against the Giallorossi.

The Englishman is a candidate for a starting spot both in midfield (given that Youssouf Fofana is working overtime) and also up front, given the doubts about the conditions of Rafael Leao and Santiago Gimenez, who have respective hip and ankle issues.
In defence, Fikayo Tomori’s condition is a worry too as his knee is swollen. If he doesn’t make it back in time, Koni De Winter is ready to take his spot. Finally, Christian Pulisic and Adrien Rabiot could return in time for the trip to Parma, the final game before the November break.
