Tuttosport: Milan set to earn significant capital gain from Jimenez sale to Bournemouth

Capital gain is a massive help for clubs, and it seems that AC Milan will record a major profit on the sale of Alex Jimenez.

When Jimenez was signed permanently, it was hoped that he would become part of the Milan defensive foundation. However, he was seen as sellable in the summer, and he headed to the Premier League.

Initially a loan deal, the clubs included a buy agreement, though it has seemed likely for a while that it would be activated.

Now, it seems like it will be a matter of when for Bournemouth, and the Rossoneri are likely to clock in a pretty nice profit as a result.

Lots to smile about

As Tuttosport, via Radio Rossonera, writes the Diavolo will record a capital gain from the sale of €20 million, which could be huge for the summer spending. Even if Real Madrid will be due 50% of this amount, it still adds up.

Neither party holds any regrets, with the Spaniard enjoying life in England, whilst Milan are watching Davide Bartesaghi grow up in front of them.

Of course, they will also be left smiling at the fact that they have turned a Futuro prospect into a big sum within the first two years.
