Tuttosport: The ultimatum Milan have given Club Brugge over Jashari and the alternative

AC Milan are in the final stages of landing Ardon Jashiri, and to push a deal through, they have given Club Brugge an ultimatum.

The situation with Jashari is difficult to unpack. Milan want him, he wants the Rossoneri and Brugge, as much as they may have stated otherwise, are not against selling the player. Of course, the value has to be right. However, things are getting messy.

Per reports, the Rossoneri have delivered their final offer to the Belgian outfit, a package around the €35 million mark, which is just short of the asking price for the midfielder. Today, he has stayed in Belgium rather than joining the squad on a pre-season getaway.

As we say, messy.

Ultimatums and alternatives

Tuttosport, via MilanNews, reports that this is the final offer that the Diavolo will send, and Brugge have been made aware of this. In fact, they have been told that if they do not accept this figure, Milan will go elsewhere.

Everyone hopes this will not be the case, but if it were to be, and they were forced to go elsewhere, the road to Javi Guerra would re-open. In the next few days, the Spaniard is planning to meet with Valencia to discuss his future, per the report, whilst an answer regarding Jashari should arrive before Tuesday.

In other words, the timelines would align.
