Today, AC Milan have posted a video on their YouTube channel showing some of the first team’s training from this week.
It is nice to see glimpses into training being posted by Milan, especially with a new head coach in. Seeing new drills is always nice, and of course, we can sometimes get a deeper look at little bits and bobs that are being worked on.
The video starts with some shooting drills in a match setting. Then there were a few short-sided games where Massimiliano Allegri could be seen in the background enjoying himself and joking with the players after the drill ended.
A short look at Mike Maignan’s training was also shown, before a few players posed as winners from the game, including youngster Christian Comotto. Certainly worth the watch.
