As part of the continued coverage of the Winter Olympic games in Milano-Cortina, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has given his guide to the city.
Ibrahimovic is someone who has been able to call Milan home for large parts of his career, both as a player and now as an executive. The former striker has been the face of a lot of coverage for the Games, including being a torch bearer on the day of the opening ceremony.
Now, Zlatan has starred in another video for BBC Sport in which he went through the things that he considers essentials when in Milano.
“When you come to Milano, I would bring you to a good restaurant, because Italian food you cannot miss, because it’s one of the best foods in the world. I will not brag with some name because I don’t give marketing now!
“I would bring you actually to this stadium. You would enjoy a nice atmosphere, especially when it’s red. You would see some great football and it’s a memory for life.
“My favourite memory in this stadium? I mean, for emotions, it would be my last goodbye from football here, when I stopped. It was very emotional, it means I gave something to people that they really enjoyed. And not as a player only, also the person I am.
