Watch: Ibrahimovic carries Olympic Torch through Milano before opening ceremony

This morning, Zlatan Ibrahimovic enjoyed the chance to be an official torchbearer for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

Today, the Winter Olympics begin, so the final few torch bearers are taking their chance to carry the flame through Milan, ahead of the opening ceremony at San Siro. Of course, this has had an effect on the Rossoneri’s calendar, too.

Massimiliano Allegri previously carried the torch, and he was visibly emotional to be bestowed with the honour. Now, Zlatan has also been given the chance to take part in the torchbearer ceremony, ahead of its beginning.

The Swede carried the torch through the streets of Milano, which he considers to be a second home, and it is fair to say he may not have been as moved as Allegri. Though what else would you expect from Ibra?
