Watch: Milan squad continue friendly preparation with ‘gym duties’ at Milanello

AC Milan have shared a bit of insight into the hard work that goes on at Milanello daily, despite it being the international break.

On Wednesday, the squad were present at the Milanello Training Center powered by Clivet – those who were not called up for national team duty anyway – and they did some work in the gym on strength and conditioning.

Preparations continue not only for the derby on November 23 but also for a a closed-door friendly at Stadio Chinetti in Solbiate Arno. Allegri’s squad, along with selected Milan Futuro players, will face Virtus Entella of Serie B.

The game on Friday, November 14 at 11:30 CET will be live on the AC Milan Official App. It will also be live on YouTube and Milan TV the club have confirmed, available as usual on DAZN, Prime Video and Sky.
