AC Milan are a challenging opposition for most teams, and Udinese midfielder Arthur Atta is already admitting as much.
There have been several changes made at Milan this summer. Most notably, the coach has changed to Massimiliano Allegri, and he is effectively in control of a new squad, with a severe overhaul taking place over the summer.
Despite this, the Serie A campaign started poorly. The Rossoneri were made to look poor by Cremonese on the opening day, something worsened by the fact that the game was at San Siro. However, two wins since have helped.
There is certainly not ‘full’ confidence in the Diavolo. But they are getting there gradually.
Aura remains
Despite this, opposition teams are not viewing Milan in the same light and are wary of their quality. Of course, this is the case with everyone. However, teams like the Rossoneri do demand a little bit more attention.
Udinese midfielder Atta admitted as much to Udinese tonight, as MilanNews relays.
“We know we have to fight against Milan; it will be a great match in front of our fans, and I hope we win. It was great to see so many fans in Pisa; when we’re on the pitch, we really feel their energy, and they give us a lot of strength. There’s enthusiasm, but we’ll take it one game at a time.”
