Thomas Frank has two exciting new Spurs signings to hand debuts to in Xavi Simons and Randal Kolo Muani after the duo's arrivals from RB Leipzig and PSG respectively. He remains without striker Dominic Solanke though, who is yet to shake off an ankle problem that has dogged him since the summer.
This is also the first match of the post-Daniel Levy era at the club with the departure during the international break of the former executive chairman after 24 years at the helm. CEO Vinai Venkatesham will be the main man running the club on a day-to-day basis with backing from non-executive chairman Peter Charrington and the powerful Lewis family.
