Arsenal will be looking to extend its lead in the title race as Mikel Arteta's side faces Tottenham in the North London Derby.

The Gunners are in a strong position to finally end its wait for a first Premier League title since 2004. Arsenal holds a four-point lead after 11 matches, with Manchester City its closest challenger, while Liverpool sits eight points back following a poor run of form.

Thomas Frank's side entered the international break with a dramatic 2–2 draw with Manchester United, and its place in fifth has been built largely on their impressive away form—the best in the Premier League so far.

Early team news

Arsenal could face Spurs without up to nine key players. Gabriel suffered a knee injury in Brazil’s friendly and may miss at least four weeks, while Jurrien Timber also picked up a knock on international duty, though early signs suggest it’s not serious. Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard are still recovering from knee issues and may not return in time.

Viktor Gyokeres (hamstring) and Riccardo Calafiori (hip) remain doubts, and Gabriel Martinelli is not expected back from a thigh injury until early December. Noni Madueke also remains sidelined.

Spurs, meanwhile, has its own extensive injury list. Lucas Bergvall had to withdraw from international duty due to concussion issues while Randal Kolo Muani reportedly fractured his jaw and will be out until December.

Dominic Solanke hasn’t played since August due to an ankle problem. James Maddison is out long-term with an ACL injury, and Dejan Kulusevski and Radu Dragusin both remain sidelined until January and next month respectively. Archie Gray may miss out with a calf issue, and Ben Davies, Yves Bissouma, and Kota Takai are also doubts for the North London Derby.
