Jamie Carragher feels Arsenal's 'lack of superstars' in attack could hinder their Premier League title prospects.
The Sky Sports pundit has brutally claimed both Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard have failed to hit the heights that he once expected of them at the Emirates.
While he has no doubts about Arsenal's mental toughness, the former Liverpool and England defender feels there is a lack of quality in the final third.
Carragher said on The Overlap: "I made a comment about Arsenal about a month ago on the back of picking my Premier League team of the season so far.

"People talk about their mentality – I actually think Arsenal have a great mentality. But their problem could be a lack of quality in the final third. "When I watch Arsenal, I don’t think they’ve got an absolute superstar in the front four or five players. I thought Saka and Odegaard were going to get there a couple of years ago. "I thought they were ready to almost become the best players in the Premier League. I still don’t think Arsenal have got one of them. "So people talk about mentality with Arsenal but what I think could actually stop them [in the title race] is actually quality. "I think we would all agree that Arsenal are the best team this season but Man City have been there before even if it’s not a vintage City."
Both Saka and Odegaard have suffered various injuries this season.
The Arsenal winger picked up a hamstring issue earlier in the season in the 5-1 demolition of Leeds back in August.
He missed five matches with the muscle problem and recently suffered a hip injury in the warm-up before the 4-0 triumph at Elland Road in the reverse fixture. Meanwhile, Odegaard has also endured his fair share of injury struggles.
He twice picked up shoulder issues earlier in the season before later suffering an MCL knee injury during the 2-0 victory over West Ham in October.
In doing so, he became the first player in Premier League history to be substituted before half-time in three consecutive starts.
Additionally, Saka has mustered just four top-flight goals this term while Odegaard has found the target just once in the Premier League.
Arsenal can extend their lead over Manchester City at the top of the table to seven points on Wednesday if they beat Wolves at Molineux.
The Gunners then travel to Tottenham in the north London derby on Sunday in what will be Igor Tudor's first match at the helm.
